Experts answer questions from flat-owners in Noida. More than 30,000 flat owners are desperate for information about what happens now that the land their houses were being built on is to be returned to farmers. Courts ordered this because the land was bought on the grounds that it would be used for industrial projects. Instead, it was sold by the UP government at a profit to commercial real estate developers.
