AIIMS Chief On "Pre-Winter Flu Jab", Covid Impact On Mental Health

Those at risk like elderly people and those with co-morbidities must take the pre-winter flu jab to avoid a surge in cases that mimic COVID-19 symptoms, said AIIMS Director Dr Randeep Guleria to NDTV. In the backdrop of a Lancet study which highlights how the pandemic triggered a sharp rise in cases of depression and anxiety, Dr Guleria also addressed the issue of COVID-19's impact on mental health and how a long-term solution is needed to tackle it.
