Fifteen days have passed since Morbi bridge collapsed in Gujarat, claiming the lives of 135 people. Nine people have been arrested, including low-level managers, ticket collectors and security guards - but the top boss, the owner of Oreva, the company to which the maintenance contract was awarded, remains missing - both in physical form and in mention in the FIR. 15 days later, there is no update on where the probe is headed. Is justice for the victims of an easily avoidable tragedy stuck in red tape?
