Govt issues show-cause notices to telcos

The government seeks reasons from telcos, including MTS, Uninor and Etisalat Swan, as to why their licenses should not be cancelled after they failed to fulfill their obligations in regard to rolling out mobile services. Earlier, the government had imposed penalties on these companies.
