The authorities in Karnataka seem to be making a concerted effort to push the Kannada agenda. After removing Hindi signboards from Metro stations and talk of a separate state flag, a letter has now been sent to banks by the Kannada Development Authority saying officers should learn Kannada or lose their jobs.
