Metro feeder buses have been launched from the KR Pura Metro through the Outer Ring Road (ORR) stretch in Bengaluru. Karnataka transport minister Ramalinga Reddy, along with BMTC's MD G Sathyavathi, BMRCL's Executive Director Kalpana, citizen group B-PAC, CEOs and techies travelled through the ORR in the newly launched feeder bus. In fact, ORR is the place that hosts several tech parks that form the pride of Bengaluru, and this famous road has been in the news for all the wrong reasons - from traffic congestion to water logging. The hope is that this last mile connectivity could help ease traffic congestion in ORR.
