The countdown to the Congress session on Friday has begun with Union Minister Manish Tewari declaring that Rahul Gandhi as the party's PM candidate is what the rank and file want. But will the move pay off? Ministers from Andhra Pradesh say yes as they send a resolution to Congress president Sonia Gandhi, but author and AAP member KP Singh and BJP's Pinky Anand disagree.
