Should Right To Privacy Be A Fundamental Right?
The Supreme Court's nine-judge constitutional bench has started hearing a critical case today on whether or not right to privacy in India should be a fundamental right. In the 21st century, is this a basic right that much be accorded to all citizens? Or should the state have the right to impose reasonable restrictions?
