Shiva Rajkumar Exclusive | Kannada star Shiva Rajkumar, aka Shivanna, has just seen the release of his 130th film, 45, and is looking forward to his new projects in 2025. The son of the Godfather of Kannada cinema, Dr Rajkumar, he has made a name for himself in his 40-year career working across the south film industries. His family’s friendship with Rajinikanth is well-known, and the Kannada star talks about his first meeting with the Superstar when he was just 12 years old. While many film stars have joined politics, Shivanna has stayed away, and he explains why. He wishes Tamil star Thalapathy Vijay the best for his first elections in 2026 and gives him some advice as an elder brother. Though Shivanna is not active in politics, he has supported his wife Geetha Shiva Rajkumar, the daughter of former Karnataka CM Dr S Bangarappa, political ambitions.
