Sensationalism ruined telecom, says Govt

Hitting out strongly at critics of the government's policy on spectrum allocation, Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal has said that the policy is best left to the government. Commenting on the 2G spectrum auction held earlier this week that many termed a damp squib, Mr Sibal said sensationalism has ruined the telecom sector and all the negative stories around it killed the goose that laid the golden eggs.
