"Saw Hindenburg's 1st Attack A Year Ago": Centre's Ex Top Lawyer Mukul Rohatgi Amid Fresh Allegations

"Hindenburg as an entity has no credibilty at all. We have seen their first attack more than year ago. They picked on Adani group. I had an occasion to see all their charges because I was involved in the case. The matter went to the Supreme Court. The authorities looked into it and ultimately found nothing and that case was disposed of," says former Attorney General of India Mukul Rohatgi. US-based short seller Hindenburg Research alleged on Saturday that the head of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Madhabi Puri Buch, previously held investments in offshore funds also used by the Adani Group.
