The CBI has got a green signal to go ahead and conduct a polygraphy test on nine suspects in the murder of RTI activist Satish Shetty. The CBI produced IRB Infra's chairman and managing director VD Mhaiskar and other suspects before the Pune court to seek permission for the test. Reacting on the development, Mhaiskar told NDTV Profit that he has agreed to do the polygraph test and has been given a clean chit in the matter. "We are not seeking any legal options in the case," he added.
