Samiti calls for civil disobedience in J&K

The Amarnath Sangharsh Samiti has asked the people of Jammu to stop paying taxes and bills to the government. As its jail bharo agitation entered its third day, the Samiti has now called for a civil disobedience movement, but there is a glimmer of hope. It has also agreed to talks with the state government.
