On 'The Buck Stops Here', Sakshi Maharaj stands by his controversial comment that "every Hindu woman must produce at least 4 children". He instead blames the media for a "conspiracy" to make it seem as if there are differences between him and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He tells NDTV that his government is willing to support the death penalty for conversions and goes on to make another controversial statement, saying, "India is democratic and secular only because Hindus are in a majority".
