Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting Thursday with heads of foreign media news agencies on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. Asked about an Associated Press investigation tracking 191 incidents across Europe, including sabotage, cyberattacks, attempted assassination and other malign activity that Western officials say are part of a Russian-masterminded campaign, Putin replied there was no detailed proof that Moscow was involved.
