Row Erupts Over Muslim Students' Admission In Vaishno Devi College
A major political row has erupted in Jammu & Kashmir over the admission of Muslim students to the Vaishno Devi Medical College. BJP leaders and several Hindu groups are protesting the admissions, calling them unacceptable. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has strongly defended the students, saying that if Muslims are not allowed to study there, the college should be declared a minority institution.
