Religion Must Control Politics, The Two Are Inseparable: Jain Monk

"Control over politics is necessary, what will control it but religion? So you can't separate the two," said Jain monk Tarun Sagar over his remarks in the Haryana Assembly. He called religion "updesh" and politics "taaqat" and said that both were like "two wheels of a chariot".
