Raman Singh Confident Of Declaring Chhattisgarh ODF By October 2019

Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh, Raman Singh talks about the change Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has brought in the country, especially Chhattisgarh. Sharing the numbers, Minister says, back in 2014 only 20 panchayats in the state were open defecation free (ODF), but today 10,000 panchayats are ODF. He hails Ambikapur waste management model which has become an example for other cities of the country.
