Rainfall deficiency down to 25% from 31%: IMD
Dr. LS Rathore, Director General of Meteorology at IMD says that rainfall deficiency is now down to 25 per cent from 31 per cent and the monsoon is doing well in central, north west India, especially in paddy growing areas good.
