Rain Havoc: Worst Over For Himachal

Finally some relief for Himachal Pradesh today. Two days after record rain induced flash floods, landslides. The chief minster conducted an aerial survey today and said the priority is to restore power and provide clean water. The government is also trying to establish alternative routes where roads were washed away. One of the worst affected districts, Mandi, woke up to bright sunshine and a little hope.
