Rahul Gandhi's Germany Visit Sparks Row, BJP Alleges Links With George Soros
The BJP on Saturday launched a sharp attack on Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi over his visit to Germany during the Winter Session of Parliament. BJP leader Gaurav Bhatia accused Gandhi of defaming India abroad and alleged links with American investor and philanthropist George Soros, citing his meeting with Cornelia Woll, a trustee of the Open Society Foundation and Central European University. The Congress has not responded to the allegations so far.
