Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Raghav Chadha on Tuesday met President Droupadi Murmu along with fellow MPs, raising concerns over what he described as “vendetta politics" by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)-led Punjab government. He added that the delegation conveyed how the Punjab government was “misusing state machinery to target us for exercising our constitutional rights." According to an ANI report, Chadha also told reporters that he fears he could be the “next target" of the Punjab government’s alleged actions against MPs who left AAP and joined the BJP. He accused the state administration of deploying agencies and using public funds to threaten former party colleagues. “I want to tell AAP that they have started a dangerous game of revenge. The end will be really bad," he said, as quoted by ANI.
