Punjab News | Vellapanti – Moga Village Takes The Art Of Doing Nothing To New Heights

Vellapanti – the art of spending time doing absolutely nothing – was taken to new heights during a competition held over the weekend in Gholia Khurd village in Moga, Punjab. The Vella Baithak Pratiyogita, or 'sitting idle competition', was the village's creative way of encouraging people to disconnect from their mobile phones. Two participants who managed to avoid checking their phones for 31 hours straight were declared joint winners.
