'Punjab Given To Mafias': CM Bhagwant Mann Under Opposition Fire Over Influencer's Murder

The Aam Aadmi Party government in Punjab is facing criticism from the BJP and Congress over law and order after social media influencer and makeup artist Mad Sandhu was shot dead in Amritsar. Sandhu, a prominent LGBTQ activist, was allegedly killed by two men riding a motorcycle on Saturday. BJP MP Tarun Chugh called the murder tragic and accused the Bhagwant Mann government of failing to protect Punjab’s youth. The BJP claimed rising crime has created fear across the state and blamed the government for worsening law and order.
