In Punjab's Flooded Dera Bassi, Residents Evacuated In Inflatable Boats
Over 20 residential societies in Punjab's Dera Bassi are flooded after record-breaking rain over the last few days. "At least 300-400 people are still trapped," a distressed resident told NDTV. Around 1,200 people have been evacuated so far.
