Pranab: Would have advised PM not to make PAC offer
Senior Congress leader and Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee said on Sunday that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should not have offered to appear before the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in connection with the 2G scam.
