Post-Zain deal: S&P lowers Airtel's credit rating

Rating agency Standard & Poor's has lowered Bharti Airtel's credit rating in view of its large debts to fund its deal to buy Zain's Africa business. S&P lowered Bharti's long-term corporate credit rating to 'BB+' from 'BBB-'.
