North East Delhi is visibly the least developed constituency in the national capital. But it is set for a high-pitched three-cornered electoral battle in the sixth phase of national elections. While the Congress has fielded three-time Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit, Bhojpuri star, singer and president of the Delhi unit, Manoj Tiwari is BJP's candidate. The ruling Aam Aadmi Party has fielded Dilip Pandey, the organisational brain behind their massive win in 2015 assembly election.
