Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a nearly hour-long bilateral on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit in Delhi. The talks focused on expanding India-Russia trade to $100 billion by 2030, civil nuclear cooperation, energy security, critical minerals, aviation and greater industrial collaboration. Modi also reiterated India's position that dialogue and diplomacy are the only way forward on the Ukraine war, while raising the safety of Indian seafarers.
