PM Modi Holds Talks With New Zealand PM, Announces Free Trade Pact

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a telephonic conversation with his Prime Minister of New Zealand, Christopher Luxon  during which the two leaders jointly announced a landmark India-New Zealand Free Trade Agreement. They said the FTA would act as a catalyst for boosting trade, investment and innovation, while also welcoming progress in defence cooperation, sports, education, and people-to-people ties.
