A meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers to discuss the lockdown exit strategy took place on Monday. Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma talked to NDTV and gave a first-person account of what was discussed in the meeting. He put the state's demands including more freedom to decide their own zones and financial package from the centre.
