Plume Of Black Smoke Billows Over Dubai Airport After Iranian Drone Strike
A huge, black, thick plume of smoke billowed up from Dubai Airport on Monday after a drone hit one of its fuel tanks. The airport has repeatedly been targeted by Iranian drones, causing interruptions to air travel. It has also been shut down for several days since the start of the war between US-Israel and Iran on February 28. The United Arab Emirates’ Defense Ministry says forces were intercepting Iranian missiles and drones Monday morning.
