Former BCCI president AC Muthiah told NDTV too much money has ended up corrupting the Indian cricket board because everyone wants a finger in the pie. Muthiah said the entire IPL governing council should be restructured and called the glitzy T20 tournament a mutual back-scratching group. Muthiah also pointed out that the present problems were occurring because of the conflict of interest (faced by N. Srinivasan, who was president of the BCCI and also owned the Chennai Super Kings)
