Two of Britain's topmost police officers have now quit over links with the News of the World phone hacking scandal. Former editor Rebekah Brooks has been arrested and bailed, and Rupert Murdoch has been forced to personally apologise and he'll face a parliamentary panel on Tuesday. A second panel has also been formed to look into press ethics. But the News of the World storm raises a larger debate about the right to privacy versus press freedoms.
