Yamuna's water levels hit East Delhi hard, traffic affected
The water level in river Yamuna started receding in Delhi this morning but stayed above the danger mark of 204.83 metres. Many low-lying areas, primarily in East Delhi, remained inundated. As a result, traffic in this part of the city was hit.
