With Delhi's coronavirus cases seeing a slight dip, but the number of deaths remaining high, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA and spokesperson Raghav Chadha says Delhi is doing extensive testing and is transparent with the numbers. He also said the government doesn't believe in enforcing another strict lockdown and see no purpose of night curfews.
