Ahead of launching the landmark Goods and Services Tax (GST) with President Pranab Mukherjee at the Central Hall of Parliament, PM Narendra Modi said that the country will soon embark upon a new journey. "At midnight, we will together decide the course of the country's future," the Prime Minister said in his address.
