Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has said the Air India Express plane, which crashed while attempting to land amid heavy rain on a tabletop runway at Kerala's Kozhikode airport late yesterday evening, was carrying fuel to attempt a diversionary landing elsewhere.
