Dr Jai Ranjan Ram, Psychiatrist, Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata & Joint Director, Mental Health Foundation highlighted the importance of taking care of people's emotional needs, due to the impact of Cyclone Amphan. Dr Ram, at the #AllForBengal telethon, explained that due to the disaster, there is no drinking water and no shelter, on the head of people of West Bengal and above all, there is the COVID-19 situation. We need to come forward as a community to help these people with basic needs like food and shelter, Dr Ram said.
