Prime Minister Narendra Modi today launched a scathing attack on Pakistan at the summit with leaders of BRICS nations and later with BIMSTEC, a group of south Asian nations in Goa. Without naming Pakistan, he said terror was it favourite child, escalating India's diplomatic drive to isolate the neighbouring country.
