From the Opposition to key ally, the Trinamool Congress, all had just one demand for the government - roll back the announcement of allowing Foreign Direct Investment in multi-brand retail. The government, however, has made up its mind at a meeting of the Congress core group on Monday evening that it won't blink. An all-party meeting has now been called on Tuesday.
