The countdown to the assembly session in Rajasthan has begun. The assembly session on August 14 could well see a floor test by the Ashok Gehlot government as it tries to tide over a crisis created by Sachin Pilot rebelling along with 18 MLAs. Mr Gehlot has written an open letter to MLAs cutting across party lines, asking them to stand with truth and telling them about attempts to destabilise his government.
