The Maharashtra Police will file the chargesheet on Tuesday in the Malegaon blast case before a special court as the judicial custody of the 11 accused comes to an end. The case was being probed by Joint Commissioner Hemant Karkare before he fell victim to the terror strike of 26/11 in Mumbai. A serving Army officer was also arrested in connection with the case.
