No New Liquor Shops In Delhi This Year: Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal

Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, announced today that there would be no new liquor shops in Delhi this year. The future of existing shops will be decided by residents in "mohalla sabhas" or neighbourhood meetings, Mr Kejriwal said.
