Union Telecom Minister Kapil Sibal today unveiled the draft national telecom policy, 2011. Mr Sibal promised a move towards 'one nation, free roaming' and 'one nation, full number portability' for subscribers soon. The draft policy also envisages 'one nation, one license' framework for the country.
