New Monorail Rake Stalls, Man-Animal Conflict, Uddhav Thackeray's Marathwada Tour

On this episode of The Maharashtra Brief we look at the top stories out of Mumbai A new rake of the Mumbai Monorail stalled and tilted during trials this morning. The testing was briefly halted at Wadala during a signalling system trial on Wednesday. According to Maha Mumbai Metro Operation Corporation Ltd. (MMMOCL), the incident occurred while testing the new Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC) system. Also on the show, Shiv Sena (UBT) Chief Uddhav Thackeray has begun his tour to the Marathwada region and Solapur district to meet flood affected farmers.
