Nagarjuna Group chairman remanded to judicial custody

Nagarjuna Group Chairman, K S Raju, who was arrested in a cheating case on Monday, has been remanded to judicial custody for two weeks. His lawyer pleaded that Raju was a heart patient, but the court said that would be looked into by the jail authorities. Raju was allegedly involved in siphoning of hundreds of crores of rupees from the Nagarjuna Finance depositors.
