Just ahead of the swearing in of Maharashtra's new council of ministers, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar of the NCP has gone on the offensive and demanded an extra ministerial berth for his party. The Congress Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan has, however, ruled it out.
