Kuwait warns rethink on ties after dispute over Rs. 100 cr Mumbai flat

An alleged fraud over a Rs. 100 crore flat in Mumbai has led to a diplomatic row with Kuwait, threatening to hit India's crude oil exports from the middle-eastern country and trade worth nearly Rs. 1,08, 000 crore. The dispute is over a 7,000 square-foot sea-facing flat located on the fifth floor of Al Sabah building, which is owned by the royal family of Kuwait, at Marine Drive in south Mumbai.
