India's atomic chief, Dr Anil Kakodkar has played down concerns that talks with the International Atomic Energy Agency or the IAEA on a safeguards agreement are taking longer than expected. ''We won't say the talks (with the IAEA) are taking longer. We are doing something where we don't have a template for. It's a process and a highly technical exercise,'' said Dr Kakodkar while speaking to reporters in Mumbai.
